Planet Politics – Where Every Tooth Counts

PLANET POLITICS WHERE EVERY TOOTH COUNTS…There are three elephants I know personally from my time in Africa. I know them because a) they gave chase to me, b) I got stuck in the sand on the path to their watering hole and they charged me, or c) they visited my home on the banks of the Chobe River. So I was fascinated when a dentist showed me an elephant molar tooth…. It was incredibly beautiful…so I photographed it six ways from Sunday…it has geological proportions and aspects.  I Realized that not only can we lose species, we can lose many many adaptations evolution has allowed the species to develop.  I celebrate here that every tooth matters.
